Appointment of a Salaried Judge of the Upper Tribunal, assigned to the Tax and Chancery Chamber

The Queen has appointed Roger Francis Berner to be a Judge of the Upper Tribunal, assigned to the Tax and Chancery Chamber on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Kenneth Clarke QC MP, with effect from 19 December 2011.
